Tour Schedule:

If I can't find a specific tour date on the tour schedule, does that mean it is sold out or there are no tours being offered on that specific date?
If the date is not on the tour schedule then we are not offering tours on that date at this time. If the date is available but says "sold out" or "error" when you try to purchase tickets, that means we are having tours that day but the time you have selected is sold out and you must select another time to take the tour. If you are still having trouble, please feel free to contact us at (773) 388-8270.

Will there be additional dates added throughout the season?
It is possible that additional dates will be added throughout the tour season, if dates are added they will be added to the tour schedule: Tour Schedule »

What happens to my tickets if my tour is re-scheduled?
If your tour is re-scheduled, your tickets will be redeemable for the new tour time and date. If you are unable to attend the re-scheduled tour, you will be refunded for the face-value of your ticket. You will be personally contacted if this occurs.

How do I purchase tour tickets?

Can I purchase tickets on the day of my tour?
You may purchase tickets on the day of your tour; however, tour sizes are limited so we recommend that you purchase tickets in advance.

Do children 2-years old or younger need a ticket even though they are free?
Children 2-years old or younger are free and do not require a ticket to enter the ballpark.

What does the seat number on my ticket mean?
The only purpose of the seat number on your ticket is to help keep track of the number of tour guests on each tour. As a guest, you do not have to worry about the seat number.

How do I receive my tickets once I have purchased them?
When purchasing tour tickets, you have three options on how to receive them:

Mail – Tickets will be mailed to the address provided during the purchase process.
Print at Home – An e-mail will be sent to you with instructions on how to print your tickets from your personal computer.
Will Call – You may select to pick your tickets up at our will call windows at our Wrigley Field box office, located at the corner of Clark Street and Addison Street.

What if I have not received my tickets in the mail and my tour date is approaching?
Please bring your confirmation number or the credit card you purchased your tickets with to the Wrigley Field box office, located at the corner of Clark Street and Addison Street, on the day of your tour and they can print your tickets for you.

How do I purchase a gift certificate for a Wrigley Field Tour?

Group Tour Info:

Are group discounts offered?
Groups of 20 or more pay $23 per ticket; groups of 50 or more pay $20 per ticket.
School groups, camp groups, youth sports teams and Boy & Girl Scout Troops of 20 or more all receive $10 tour tickets.

What is the maximum size group that Wrigley Field Tours can accommodate?
We accommodate groups of all sizes. Please call (773) 388-8270 if you have a group larger than 20 and we will help you arrange your Wrigley Field Tour.

How do I purchase group tickets?
Group tickets must be purchased over the phone by calling (773) 388-8270.

General Questions:

When should I arrive for my tour?
We suggest that you arrive approximately 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time of your tour.

Where do I check in for my tour?


Please check in for your tour at the tour table, located underneath our famous Red Marquee at the corner of Clark Street and Addison Street.

What if it rains on the day of my tour?
Tours are conducted rain or shine so please dress accordingly.

Are cameras or video cameras allowed on the tour?
Yes, we encourage the use of cameras and video cameras during tours for personal, non-commercial use only.

How long is the tour?
Tours are approximately 75-90 minutes long.

Are tours the same length on game days versus non-game days?
Yes, all tours last approximately 75-90 minutes, excluding our Living Legend Tour.

How much walking will there be on the tour?
The tour consists of approximately 1 mile of walking. The walking includes stairs and ramps throughout the ballpark.

Will I visit the field on a game day tour?
Yes; however, all stops and locations are subject to availability. Specific tour routes are established each day based on events and activities in the ballpark.

What is the difference between taking a tour on a game day versus a non-game day?
On a game day you will NOT visit either clubhouse. Instead, you will visit our indoor batting cage and get to experience the excitement of Wrigley Field on a game day before gates open.

Where do I park?
NON-GAME DAYS: Parking on non-game days is complimentary in our Purple Lot, located on the Southeast corner of Waveland Avenue and Clark Street. Parking is subject to availability and is first-come, first-served. You do not need a parking sticker. Please do not leave your car over night in this parking lot or it will be towed.

GAME DAYS: There is no parking available for tour guests on game days. It is recommended that tour guests utilize public transportation on these days. Where is bus parking?
NON-GAME DAYS: You may drop off your tour guests at the corner of Clark Street and Addison Street for their tour and then proceed to our Purple Lot. Parking on non-game days is complimentary in our Purple Lot, located on the Southeast corner of Waveland Avenue and Clark Street. Parking is subject to availability on non-game days and is first-come, first-served. You do not need a parking sticker. Please do not leave your bus over night in this parking lot or it will be towed.

How far is Wrigley Field from downtown Chicago?
Wrigley Field is approximately 5 miles from downtown Chicago. The time it takes to get here can vary depending on method of transportation, traffic and exactly where you are coming from.

What should I do if I am in a wheelchair or I am coming with someone in a wheelchair?
Wrigley Field Tours are wheelchair accessible; however, certain areas may have limited or no access to tour guests in wheelchairs, including the Cubs' clubhouse and dugout.

What if I need a wheelchair or I am coming with someone who may need a wheelchair?
Wheelchairs are available for use upon request. Please inform your tour guide you are in need of one upon arriving for your tour.

What areas of the ballpark are accessible to guests in wheelchairs?
The press box, visitor's clubhouse, bleachers and field are all wheelchair accessible. The only areas of the ballpark that are not accessible are the Cubs clubhouse and dugout.

What if I am hearing impaired and need an ASL interpreter for the tour?
Please call us at least 24-hours prior to your tour at (773) 388-8270 and we will be happy to provide an ASL interpreter for you during your tour.

Can I take my engagement pictures or bring a wedding party for pictures during a Wrigley Field Tour?
Engagement pictures and/or wedding party photos cannot be arranged during a Wrigley Field Tour; however, these can both be arranged during specific dates and times by contacting our Community Affairs department at (773) 404-4099.

I am celebrating a birthday, anniversary, engagement, etc. and would like to do something special during my tour. What are my options?
