Need help getting to Progressive Field? Directions & Parking »
Crews on behalf of the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) are working to construct a new I-90 Innerbelt Bridge in downtown Cleveland. While Interstate 90 remains open during construction, motorists traveling downtown via major interstates including I-90, I-71 and I-77 should be advised to allow extra travel time to reach their downtown destinations.
During much of the baseball season, lanes will be reduced on downtown streets – including Carnegie and Ontario – around Progressive Field. High traffic hours for those who enter downtown via Ontario or Carnegie are most impacted. To learn more about the important upgrades being made at the intersection, click here.
Remember: Getting downtown is easy, just allow extra time to enter and exit and use alternate routes when you can – riding RTA and carpooling are also great options. For a complete list of impacts due to Innerbelt Bridge construction, visit the project on the Web at www.Innerbelt.org and select "Traffic Impacts."
