Gate Times
For all night games at Progressive Field (Monday - Saturday) in 2009, Gate C will open at 4:30 p.m. to allow fans access to the Market Pavilion, Heritage Park, Sections 101 - 113 and Kids Land ONLY. This will enable fans to watch the Indians take Batting Practice, as well as time to enjoy Heritage Park in the center field area. At 6:00 p.m. ALL gates will open. For 1:05 p.m. day games, Gate C will open at 11:30 a.m. and all gates will open at 12:00 p.m. For all 12:05 p.m. weekday games, all gates will open at 11 a.m. Special gate times exist for Terrace Club and Premium Seating guests.

Heritage Park
Located in the center field area of Progressive Field, adjacent to the Market Pavilion, Heritage Park is available to fans before, during and 15 minutes after games, as well as available for special events throughout the season. Fans can take a walk through Indians history, as Heritage Park includes three distinct areas honoring the club's past-the Indians Hall of Fame, 38 memorable moments in club history and the Top 100 Indians Roster as selected during the 100th Anniversary Celebration in 2001.

KidsLand
Step 2 KidsLand is located on the Mezzanine Level near the escalator. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Kids can enjoy playing with a variety of toys while waiting for an occasional visit from the Indians team mascot Slider. Kids of all ages visiting Step 2 Kidsland will have a chance to win some plush toys in the new Progressive "IRV" claw machine. The cost of a chance to win is $1. Proceeds to benefit Cleveland Indians Charities. There is also KidsLand Concessions where kids can enjoy a treat from the "kids only" menu. The Kids Team Shop that features apparel and novelties especially for kids is located behind Section 117.

Lost and Found
The Cleveland Indians are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost and Found information may be obtained at any of the Fan Service Booths or the Concierge Desk. Please visit one of these locations on the day of the game to claim, report or turn in a lost article. Recovered items are kept for 30 days and then donated to charity. Market Pavilion/Batter's Eye Bar
Located in center field, the Market Pavilion offers a variety of beverages and food such as Pizza Pan, burgers, chicken basket meals and nachos. The Batter's Eye Bar features frozen cocktails, beer, wine and liquor.

Additional courtesy telephones that can accommodate regular telephone service as well as TTY telephone service are located next to the Carnegie elevator lobby on the Main Concourse near Section 149 and at Fan Services near Section 550.

Restrooms
There are 41 restrooms located throughout Progressive Field: 19 for women, 19 for men and three family restrooms, located at each Cleveland Clinic First Aid Station near Sections 119 and 551 and also behind Section 546.

Terrace Club
The Members Only Terrace Club, located behind Section 174 at Gate A, provides the ideal setting to entertain clients, family or friends, blending the latest culinary trends with superb personal service. The Terrace Club is a two-level area, with a restaurant on the third floor and a bar on the fourth. The restaurant provides a fine dining experience with both pregame and game time seating, featuring an upscale Chef's Selection dinner and a la carte menu options at both seatings. The bar offers first-come, first-served seating with casual, upscale bar fare.


PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED ITEMS

Permitted
Banners, guests are permitted to bring and display banners, as long as they do not interfere with the game or block the view of other fans. Banners are not to include obscene, political, or commercial messages. The Cleveland Indians reserve the right to determine the acceptability of the content of the banner. Banners may be hung from the face of the Upper Deck in front of the 400 sections. Banners and signs may not be hung in the Premium Seating areas (Suites and Clubs) The Cleveland Indians reserve the right and sole discretion to allow or remove any sign or banner from the ballpark.

Cameras and video recorders, provided their use does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the ballgame. However, any resale of photography or video for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited. The team name, logos and players' likenesses are all copyrighted material. All cameras and equipment bags are subject to inspection.

Small single-serving juice boxes and food items

Small bags (e.g., purses) and soft-sided coolers (will be inspected)

Service Animals are permitted into the Ballpark to assist guests with disabilities. Animals must be trained and certified.

Umbrellas, personal sized (covers one person in the open position), may only be opened in the event of a rain delay and when the tarp is covering the playing field.

Action sports equipment including but not limited to skateboards, roller blades, scooters and roller skates.

Alcoholic Beverages and Illegal Drugs

Cans, glass, plastic beverage containers, squeeze bottles and thermos bottles.

Large bags and hard-sided coolers

Bags exceeding the maximum size of 16x16x8 inches

Laser pointers and similar items - Anyone who is observed using a laser pointer will be asked to leave or allow the device to be confiscated and destroyed.

Butterfly nets or any other kinds of net that could interfere with play on the field

Plastic bazooka horns, air horns, bugles, cow bells or any other type of noisemaker that is deemed offensive or dangerous to fans

Pets

Food and beverages of any sort are not permitted entry to the Premium Seating area, which include the Suites, Club Seats and Terrace Club.

Anthem Singers
Those interested in performing the National Anthem must follow the guidelines provided on indians.com or contact the Indians Marketing Department at 216.420.HITS to have the guidelines sent by mail or fax.

Autographs
Fans may request player autographs in Sections 125-134 and 169-175 up to 45 minutes before game time

Agencies and schools requesting a donation for fund-raising should visit the Community page at Indians.com to submit a donation request.

Designated Driver
Designated Drivers may sign up at any Fan Services location through the third inning to receive a coupon for a free soda or coffee and be entered to win a prize pack courtesy of SportsTime Ohio.

Fan Mail

Fan Advisory Council
The Fan Advisory Council is a group that consists of both Season Ticket Holders and single game ticket purchasers that meets six times per year and advises the Indians on how well we serve our customers. The group consists of 10 core members and two rotating members that are selected from prior registration. The Council discusses all topics from fan entertainment to ticket purchasing to retail and concession offerings.

Lost Children or Companions
In the event you become separated from your child or a member of your party, please go to Fan Services for assistance. Our staff is in constant contact with Ballpark security and will assist you in finding the lost child or companion.

Children's ID Band
Young children attending Indians games may obtain a free ID wristband personalized with their seat location, enabling Fan Service Representatives to return lost children. Wristbands are available at Fan Service Booths and the Concierge Desk.

Speakers Bureau
Organizations seeking speakers from the Indians should contact the Public Relations Department at 216.420.HITS six weeks prior to the date requested. Our Speakers Bureau includes front office staff.

Tours of Progressive Field
Go behind the scenes at the Ballpark and visit the batting cages, bullpen, press box, dugout, and Heritage Park! Tours are given from May through September. Tickets are available at Indians Team Shop locations, by phone at 216.420.HITS and online at Indians.com. The Indians offer school tours in April, May and September. Ticket prices and tour times are available at Fan Services. Proceeds benefit Cleveland Indians Charities.

TICKET INFORMATION

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating must be requested at the time of purchase and is subject to availability. Seats at the end of a row that do not have an armrest on the side nearest the steps provide easy access for those guests with mobility impairments and are available at the following locations: Field Box, Lower Box, View Box, Lower Reserved, Mezzanine, Bleachers, Upper Box, Upper Reserved and Upper Reserved General Admission. Companion seating is also available adjacent to these seats. Seats for persons with visual impairments are available behind the screened area of the Ballpark. When placing ticket orders, please request this type of seating in advance. Wheelchair spaces are available for sale throughout the Ballpark. All of these spaces have a combination of companion seating adjacent to the wheelchair space. Wheelchair spaces are either an open spot in a row ("slab") or a pivoting Ballpark seat for access from a wheelchair. Wheelchairs are available at all gates on a first-come, first-served basis. They are provided as transportation to guests with disabilities or limited mobility and may not be kept during the ballgame. Advance Ticket Sales
(based on availability) Purchase in person at the Indians Main Ticket Office, adjacent to Gate A on Ontario Street, Gates C and D on game days only or any Indians Team Shop. Purchase tickets to future home games inside the Ballpark at the advance ticket windows and ticket kiosks located near Gate D, Section 154 of the Main Concourse.

Babies'/Toddlers' Tickets
Children three (3) years of age and older require a game ticket and must have their own seat. Children under 3 do not require a ticket if they sit on an adult's lap.

Lost/Stolen Game Tickets
Please remember that game tickets are like money and should be secured like cash. If your tickets are lost or stolen, please call 216.420.HITS.

Payment -Personal Check/Credit Card Policy
The Indians accept personal checks for ticket purchases up to two weeks prior to game time at the Indians Main Ticket Office. Proper identification is required. MasterCard is the preferred credit card of the Cleveland Indians, Visa, American Express and Discover are also accepted for ticket purchases both in advance and on the day of the game. All souvenir stands and permanent concession stands also accept credit cards. There are no refunds once a game ticket has been purchased.

Will Call
Game tickets may be picked up at the Indians Ticket Office. For Ticketmaster purchases tickets may be picked up at any window at Progressive Field. All other will call is at Gate B from the time the gates open through the top of the fifth inning. Tickets will be released with proper identification only. Please drop off tickets prior to entering the Ballpark.


PARKING / TRANSPORTATION

Parking Bus/RV
Buses can load and unload on Ontario Street outside Progressive Field. Ontario St. Northbound has an extended right lane (Valet Zone) directly in front of the Cleveland Indians Executive Offices and Progressive Field Team Shop. Bus parking is available at: Gillota Incorporated, 300 Central Viaduct, 216.241.3428. Please call in advance for pricing and reservations.

Parking Garage
The Gateway East parking garage is located between Progressive Field and Quicken Loans Arena. Enter off Huron Road, Eagle Avenue off Ontario Street, or Bolivar off of E. 9th Street. Credit for cash parking will be given only if the game is postponed before the first pitch. Once the game begins, no rain check credits will be given, even if the game is postponed before becoming an official game. Parking spaces for guests with disabilities are available on a first come, first-served basis.

Public Transportation
Progressive Field is only a convenient bus or Rapid Transit ride away. Just take a five-minute walk through RTA's enclosed walkway (only open during Progressive Field and Quicken Loans Arena events). The walkway opens no later than 5:30 p.m. for Monday-Friday 7:05 p.m. games and no later than 5 p.m. for Saturday 7:05 p.m. games. For Sunday games at 1:05 p.m. it opens at 11 a.m., and will remain open 90 minutes after the game. There are more than 8,000 parking spaces near Rapid Transit Stations. POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Aisle Obstruction
For the convenience of all fans, please refrain from entering or exiting the seating bowl while game action is occurring.

Beer & Alcohol
No alcohol or illegal drugs may be brought to the gates. Anyone seen breaking the law will be subject to immediate ejection and criminal prosecution. There is a two (2) drink maximum limit per person per transaction. With the exception of the Market Pavilion, Batter's Eye Bar, Club Lounge and Terrace Club, all beer and alcohol sales conclude after the end of the 7th inning. Sales can be stopped at any time at the discretion of management. There is a two (2) drink maximum limit per person per transaction at the concession stands and one (1) drink limit per person per transaction when vended in the stands.

Emergency Procedure
In the event of an emergency situation, direct your attention to the scoreboard and listen for announcements on the PA system. Ushers and security persons will also provide direction.

MLB Universal Code of Conduct
The Cleveland Indians are committed to creating a safe and enjoyable Ballpark experience. Our staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where:
• Obscene or indecent clothing will not detract from the guest experience.
• Guests will enjoy the baseball experience free from foul, abusive language or obscene gestures.
• Guests will refrain from displays of affection inappropriate in a public family setting.
• Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
• Guests will show their ticket when requested and sit only in their ticketed seat.
• The progress of the game will not be disrupted by guest actions or unauthorized access to the playing field.

Persons With Disabilities
Progressive Field has complied with the rules and regulations of the American Disabilities Act. The Cleveland Indians work closely with the Cuyahoga County Commissioners Advisory Committee on Persons with Disabilities, making Progressive Field more accessible. Seating, rest rooms, telephones, concession stands and drinking fountains have all been planned to provide comfortable access to all. Rainout Policy / Official Game
A game is considered official after 4 1/2 innings have been completed, five innings if the Indians are losing at the time. No inning may begin after 1 a.m. The curfew rule is waived on the visiting team's last regularly scheduled visit. If a game is postponed prior to being an official game, please hold on to your tickets. Watch the Scoreboard and listen to the PA announcements.

Reentry Into The Ballpark
Guests may not exit and reenter Progressive Field using the same ticket. In case of an emergency, a pass out slip may be obtained at the gate.

Resale of Game Tickets/Scalping
The resale of game tickets at any price is strictly prohibited in and around Progressive Field. Violators are subject to arrest by the Cleveland Police Department.

Smoking
In accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, Progressive Field is a nonsmoking facility.
