RESCHEDULED GAMES

Fans are encouraged to save and utilize their tickets to postponed games for the make-up game or fans can exchange prior to the rescheduled game for any game during the remainder of the regular season, subject to availability.

MAY 31 FAN EXCHANGE TICKET OPPORTUNITY

In an effort to present alternatives to those May 31st fans that experienced extraordinary rain delays and the subsequent after midnight re-start, the Indians will soon by providing fans the opportunity to exchange their ticket to one of two future games. Both future games are Sugardale Dollar Dog Nights and feature post-game fireworks. The Indians are adding a post-game fireworks show to July 31st and rescheduling the postponed May 31st fireworks show, presented by Wayside Furniture, to September 6th.

Fans will be able to exchange their May 31st tickets for one of two games:
Wednesday, July 31st vs. Chicago White Sox
Sugardale Dollar Dog Night
NEWLY ADDED- post-game fireworks

Friday, September 6th vs. New York Mets
Sugardale Dollar Dog Night
NEWLY ADDED – post-game fireworks (rescheduled from May 31st), presented by Wayside Furniture
Fans holding tickets dated Friday, May 31st, will soon be able to exchange their tickets for one of either July 31st or September 6th, subject to availability. Tickets must be redeemed by July 1st to receive the exchange to either one of the games.

5/31 Full and Partial Season Tickets

Tickets can be exchanged for either Wednesday 7/31 or Friday 9/6. Both are Sugardale Dollar Dog nights, and Fireworks have been added to both nights.

All exchanges must be completed by July 1st online in Account Manager via these instructions:

  • Log into your My Indians Account www.indians.com/myaccount
  • On the left side of the page under "Right of First Refusal", Click View all Offers
  • Click on either the July 31 or September 6 game.
  • Select request new seats
  • Select the location box
  • Select FanPass as the delivery method
  • Hit Continue
  • Review Your Order
  • Submit Request

5/31 Single Purchase Tickets

  • Tickets can be exchanged for either Wednesday 7/31 or Friday 9/6. Both are Sugardale Dollar Dog nights, and Fireworks have been added to both nights.
  • All exchanges must be completed by July 1st
  • Exchanges must be made via two possible methods
    • Online-an email will be sent to you later this week with a password and instructions to redeem for the equal number of tickets purchased for 5/31 for either 7/31 or 9/6.
    • If you do not receive an email later this week with online exchange instructions please complete the exchange at the Progressive Field Ticket office or Cleveland Indians Team Shops
  • Parking not valid for exchange

5/31 Group Tickets

  • Tickets can be exchanged for either Wednesday 7/31 or Friday 9/6. Both are Sugardale Dollar Dog nights, and Fireworks have been added to both nights.
  • All exchanges must be completed by July 1st
  • For entire group exchanges please contact your Indians group sales representative to make an exchange for the entire group
  • For individual ticket exchanges purchased as part of a group exchanges can be made via two possible methods
    • Online-an email will be sent to you later this week with a password and instructions to redeem for the equal number of tickets purchased for 5/31 for either 7/31 or 9/6.
    • If you do not receive an email with online exchange instructions please complete the exchange at the Progressive Field Ticket office or Cleveland Indians Team Shops
  • Parking not valid for exchange

REMINDER: Buying through Indians.com, Ticketmaster or at any Indians Team Shop is the only way to guarantee access to potential make goods offered by the team in instances where unique circumstances affect the game.

If you bought tickets through a third party for May 31, contact that party for any exchanges they offer.

Following policy applies when game is:

  1. Rescheduled to an open day
  2. Day/Night Split Doubleheader(two separate games on the same date)
  • All tickets are valid as is for the rescheduled game. You will need your ticket for entrance to the rescheduled game.
  • All Paperless seat locators do not need to be saved. You can scan your card at the gate for entry to the rescheduled game.
  • In the event you cannot attend the rescheduled game, you may EXCHANGE your ticket to any Indians regular season home game during the same season. All exchanges are subject to availability and must be done prior to the rescheduled game. Suite tickets cannot be exchanged for suite tickets to another game. Exchanges for suite tickets will be issued in the best available general seating location for the game chosen.
  • Full or Partial Season Tickets can be exchanged for another game if necessary based on availability at the Progressive Field Ticket Office.
  • Group Tickets can be exchanged for another game if necessary based on availability at the Progressive Field Ticket Office.
  • Tickets Purchased at the Progressive Field Ticket Office or Cleveland Indians Team Shops can be exchanged for another game if necessary based on availability at the Progressive Field Ticket Office or Team Shop.
  • Tickets Purchased by Phone or Internet can be exchanged for another game if necessary based on availability by calling 1-800-745-3000.
  • Tickets Purchased at Ticketmaster Outlet can be exchanged for another game if necessary based on availability at the outlet it was purchased at.

Following policy applies when game is:

  1. Rescheduled to a Traditional Doubleheader(two games for the price of one)
  2. The Postponed Game is not Rescheduled
  • Full or Partial Season Tickets can be exchanged for another game if necessary based on availability at the Progressive Field Ticket Office.
  • Group Tickets can be exchanged for another game if necessary based on availability at the Progressive Field Ticket Office.
  • Tickets Purchased at the Progressive Field Ticket Office or Cleveland Indians Team Shops can be exchanged for another game if necessary based on availability at the Progressive Field Ticket Office or Team Shop.
  • Tickets Purchased by Phone or Internet can be exchanged for another game if necessary based on availability by calling 1-800-745-3000.
  • Tickets Purchased at Ticketmaster Outlet can be exchanged for another game if necessary based on availability at the outlet it was purchased at.

Details

As a general rule the ticket price paid for the ticket will be honored for all single game exchanges whether the purchase was made on a gameday or non-gameday.

  • If a fan is exchanging a ticket for a ticket to another game that costs more the difference in ticket price will be due at the time of the exchange.
  • If a fan is exchanging a ticket for a ticket to another game that costs less the difference will be paid back at the time of the exchange.
    • Progressive Field Ticket Office Windows and Team Shops will offer Indians Fun Money.
    • Ticketmaster Internet, Phone, and Outlet orders will be returned and the amount originally paid will be used to complete the new sale. The difference will then be refunded.
