Donation Program

The Cleveland Indians Baseball Company contributes generously to the fundraising efforts of non-profit organizations throughout northeastern Ohio. Donations of in-kind product, tickets on a limited basis and monetary gifts are provided as the discretion of the Club and are primarily for the purpose of fundraising. The Indians receive abundant requests from many groups and strive to fulfill as many requests as possible. In order to provide a consistent method of giving, the Indians have classified non-profit organizations into groups based upon factors such as size, reach and type of donation.

All donation requests must be submitted ONLINE only at least 6 weeks prior to the date of your event. Please note the following information regarding donation requests:

  • Organizations must complete an Indians Donation Request Form ONLINE to be considered for a donation.
  • Mailed/Phoned/E-mailed/Faxed requests will NOT be accepted.
  • Requests are filled at the discretion of the Cleveland Indians. All decisions are final.
  • Organizations are limited to one (1) request per twelve month period.
  • Donations will be mailed out at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event.
  • Special consideration will be given to non-profit organizations, however not exclusively. We may not consider donation requests for for-profit organizations/groups, employee recognition/incentive programs, family reunions, PTA/PTO, etc. As much as we would like to, we are unable to respond favorably to all requests due to the large volume we receive.
  • All denied requests will receive notification via e-mail.
  • Approved requests will receive one (1) item.
  • Approved requests will have the option to be picked up or be charged a $5.00 shipping and handling fee. (Credit/Debit Card payment ONLY.) A UPS or Fed Ex Account Number may also be given as payment.
  • The Cleveland Indians will not accept items to be signed for fundraisers or special events. The Indians are not responsible for any items sent to us that are lost or stolen.
  • Organizations receiving a donation will be required to fill out a Donation Response Form, which will be included with your donation. This information must be received in order to be eligible for a donation the following calendar year.

Player Appearance Requests

The players participate in a number of Meet-and-Greets and appearances each season. Due to the baseball schedule, we are unable to accommodate individual Player Appearance Requests.
