High School Hardball Classic

2012 Cleveland Indians Charities' High School Hardball Classic

This spring, Progressive Field will be the site of the Ninth Annual Cleveland Indians Charities (CIC) High School Hardball Classic. The event, offering high school athletes a big league experience, is scheduled for April 20-21, 2012 and includes six games (12 Teams) covering a two-day period. All proceeds will benefit the numerous education and recreation programs funded by CIC.

Cleveland Indians Charities (CIC) was established in 1989 to make a positive contribution to the quality of life for Northeast Ohio youth by providing educational and recreational opportunities. Through its various programs, CIC annually impacts nearly 20,000 under-served youth in Cleveland. Since 1989, CIC has donated more than $7.0 million to local organizations that serve the youth of Northeast Ohio.
