Indians Volunteer Challenge — Volunteer then go Cheer on the Tribe!

Many people across Northeast Ohio help their communities and experience the joy and fulfillment of volunteering. Through a unique partnership between the Cleveland Indians and Business Volunteers Unlimited (BVU), volunteers performed 26,376 hours of service in the Northeast Ohio community last year. Join the 2011 Indians Volunteer Challenge - Experience the power of volunteering, and receive Indians tickets to cheer on the Tribe!


How?
  1. REGISTER: Register in the Volunteer Center at Business Volunteers Unlimited website.
  2. FIND OPPORTUNITY: Search and find a volunteer opportunity with an Indians Challenge participating agency.
  3. VOLUNTEER: Volunteer for at least 4 hours (can be earned over multiple dates).
  4. LOG HOURS: Log hours in the Volunteer Center and the participating agency will verify these hours in the Volunteer Center
  5. VOUCHER: The Indians will mail you a ticket Voucher

Become "Indians Volunteer of the Year"!

In an effort to further celebrate and inspire volunteerism, log the most volunteer hours through BVU's Volunteer Center from now until August 31 and win "Indians Volunteer of the Year." The "Indians Volunteer of the Year" will be honored on September 20 at a special Indians pregame ceremony on Progressive Field. The winner will also receive complimentary Field Box tickets and have the opportunity to throw out the Ceremonial First Pitch before the game that evening!

Voucher Redemption

Your Ticket Voucher is good for two (2) Upper Box or two (2) Mezzanine tickets to one (1) of twenty-five (25) preselected regular season home Cleveland Indians baseball games (see eligible games below) at Progressive Field. Redeem your voucher one of three ways:

  1. Visit the Progressive Field Box Office
  2. Go to any Indians Team Shop
  3. Online: Click "Redeem your coupon" next to an eligible game date below and enter the unique password on your ticket voucher. (Please note that online redemption will result in $1 charge per ticket plus discounted fees.)

Eligible 2011 Indians Games for Voucher Redemption:
April: 3, 5, 16, 17, 26, 28
May: 10, 23
June: 3, 6, 7, 19, 20, 21
July: 25, 26, 31
August: 22, 26, 29, 30
September: 5, 6, 20, 23
