The Council will be comprised of 12 members (eight of whom will serve one-year terms and four who will serve monthly). All fans over 18 are encouraged to apply using the form below.
 
Fan Advisory Council members will be recognized at a special end of year luncheon honoring them for their service. Each member will receive a commemorative plaque for their service and an opportunity to enjoy a game in Club Seats. The Indians will also recognize the entire Council from the previous meetings on the field during Fan Appreciation Day.

Note: Members of the Cleveland Indians Fan Advisory Council will be selected at the sole discretion of the Cleveland Indians. Eight members will be selected to serve for a one-year term and each month, four additional members will be selected to serve a one-month term.
