We aim to give fans a world-class experience at Progressive Field bringing them closer to the action than anywhere else. Safety is a top priority for the Cleveland Indians and as such, some events require a waiver before participation.
This Event Waiver Creator tool creates a waiver for you to print and bring with you to the event. Input your information below, click "Get Your Waiver" button, then print out the created Waiver and sign it and bring it with you to the Event. PLEASE NOTE: Entering data in this form DOES NOT submit your waiver to the Cleveland Indians. Participants under the age of 18 must have their legal guardian complete the waiver on their behalf. Waivers must be completed on a per event basis.
