Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Neither the Cleveland Indians, nor MLB.com, are responsible for lost or stolen cards. Any 2009 Membership Cards returned by the US Postal Service will be held at Progressive Field, Cleveland, Ohio until the conclusion of the 2009 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by providing proof of identification. Cards may be replaced at the discretion of the Cleveland Indians. Replacement cards may be requested by sending a check made out to MLB.com in the amount of $3.00 to The Tribe, c/o MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011. For your convenience you have the option to have your Tribe Fan Club membership automatically renew at the membership-level purchased. If you have selected the automatic renewal option but would like to cancel it you can do so by sending an e-mail requesting cancellation to thetribe@indians.mlb.com before December 15, 2009 (renewed subscriptions cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited -- in part or in whole -- after Spring Training starts).
