You must have a valid indians.com username and password to enter the members-only section, and must have purchased a 2009 Tribe Fan Club membership. The e-mail used upon sign-up will be your Tribe Fan Club member e-mail address. The Indians or MLB.com reserves the right to decline service to or terminate any account. All sales are final. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Neither the Cleveland Indians, nor MLB.com, are responsible for lost or stolen cards. Any 2009 Membership Cards returned by the US Postal Service will be held at Progressive Field, Cleveland, Ohio until the conclusion of the 2009 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by providing proof of identification. Cards may be replaced at the discretion of the Cleveland Indians. Replacement cards may be requested by sending a check made out to MLB.com in the amount of $3.00 to The Tribe, c/o MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011. For your convenience you have the option to have your Tribe Fan Club membership automatically renew at the membership-level purchased. If you have selected the automatic renewal option but would like to cancel it you can do so by sending an e-mail requesting cancellation to thetribe@indians.mlb.com before December 15, 2009 (renewed subscriptions cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited -- in part or in whole -- after Spring Training starts).
