In order to purchase a The Tribe Membership, you must complete The Tribe order form on indians.com and provide complete and accurate information, including name, address, telephone number (e.g., home, work mobile and/or fax), e-mail address, valid credit or debit card information and shipping address. The indians.com Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used. The e-mail address used at purchase or activation will be your The Tribe member login. You must use (or, for gifts, provide) a unique e-mail address and password for each membership purchased. The Cleveland Indians and/or MLB.com reserves the right to decline service to or terminate any account for suspicious activity or violation of the terms of this page or the refund policy All sales are final unless cancelled in accordance with the refund policy set forth below. For your convenience, you have the option to have your The Tribe subscription automatically renew at the previous year's regular full price. The renewed subscription will contain benefits and premium(s) of equal or greater value than the prior year's The Tribe subscription. If you purchased a 2011 The Tribe membership with automatic renewal option but would like to cancel the automatic renewal option, you can do so by sending an e-mail requesting cancellation of automatic renewal to thetribe@indians.mlb.com before December 1, 2011. Renewed subscriptions cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited -- in part or in whole -- after Spring Training starts.
AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING YOUR 2010 MEMBERSHIP
All The Tribe members who selected the automatic renewal option when originally purchasing their membership, who have not cancelled or purchased a new membership for 2011, will receive notification of the pending renewal in February 2011, and then automatically have their membership renew approximately two weeks later.
IF YOU PURCHASED A GIFT
Gift memberships cannot be automatically renewed from year to year.
We will contact your gift recipient via e-mail to let him/her know that you have purchased a gift The Tribe membership. Please be aware that the recipient will need to activate the membership using the link in the gift notification e-mail and register for an MLB.com account in order to receive The Tribe benefits and Welcome Package so please be sure that the e-mail address was entered correctly. If the intended recipient did not receive the e-mail, please contact us. The e-mail account your gift recipient uses to active the membership will serve as his/her The Tribe login. Consistent with the MLB.com Privacy Policy (updated 2/11/11), children under 13 are not eligible to register for an MLB.com account.
YOU MUST ACTIVATE YOUR GIFT MEMBERSHIP TO RECEIVE THE BENEFITS OF YOUR THE TRIBE MEMBERSHIP, YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD AND YOUR WELCOME PACKAGE. The e-mail you received when you were notified of your gift included a special link and information on how to activate your membership. You must click on that link and follow activation instructions.
NOTE: In order to receive the benefits of your 2011 The Tribe gift membership, we recommend you activate your membership as soon as possible. You must activate by September 15, 2011. If you do not activate by such date, your gift membership package will be sent to the address provided by the original gift purchaser at the end of the regular season.

Your The Tribe Welcome Package contains your membership card and a welcome letter from the Cleveland Indians.
The Welcome Package does not include your personalized "I Am IN The Tribe" scoreboard photo, which will arrive separately during the 2011 season.
Membership cards and Welcome Packages will begin to be shipped to members who have activated their The Tribe memberships in March 2010. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Neither the Cleveland Indians nor MLB.com are responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Any 2011 Membership Cards returned by the US Postal Service will be held at MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011 until the conclusion of the 2011 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by the applicable The Tribe member by providing proof of identification to MLB.com. Cards may be replaced, for a fee, at the discretion of the Cleveland Indians and/or MLB.com. Replacement cards may be requested by sending a request and a check made out to MLB.com in the amount of $5.00 to The Tribe Replacement Card, c/o MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011. All members of The Tribe in 2011 will receive two (2) complimentary tickets to a select 2011 Indians home game. Beginning February 28, 2011, at 10 a.m. ET, use your special password (which will be sent to you in an e-mail) to redeem your two (2) tickets to the game of your choice. This offer excludes Opening Day (April 1), May 20, May 21, July 4, July 5, July 6, July 8, July 9, July 22, July 23, July 29, July 30, August 12, August 13. You also have the option to purchase additional tickets, beyond the two (2) complimentary tickets, at the normal price. Please contact us if you lost or forgot your password. Tickets must be redeemed by 10 a.m. ET on September 25, 2011.
Sign up for Batting Practice Access for a select 2011 Indians home game through The Tribe fan club members-only section. This opportunity is open to you and one guest. Simply meet at 4:15 p.m. at the Gate A media entrance on the day of your event. All BPA participants are required to sign a waiver. Waivers can be downloaded and completed upon signing up for your date, or you may complete the waiver upon your arrival that day. Batting Practice will last approximately one hour. We encourage you to bring a camera if you so desire. Please know that while it is possible that a player(s) may sign autographs, it is not something we arrange and thus not something we guarantee. Sign up by September 14, 2011.
Bring your The Tribe membership card (or printed copy of 2011 membership confirmation e-mail) and a valid photo ID to the Progressive Field Team Shop during a designated tour time. This offer is available for you and one guest. You may also call 216.420.HITS in advance of the tour to speak to a Fan Club coordinator to verify your membership and arrange a tour time. Complimentary tours must be redeemed by October 1, 2011.
During the 2011 season, you will receive a complimentary photo of your name displayed on the Progressive Field scoreboard in the mail. Due to the large volume of members, we unfortunately cannot accommodate requests for a message to be displayed on a particular day.
TEAM STORE DISCOUNTS
Simply present your The Tribe membership card (or printed copy of 2011 membership confirmation e-mail) and a valid photo ID at any Indians Team Shop from April 1, 2011, through September 29, 2011, to receive 10% off of eligible purchases. Discount cannot be combined with any other offer and does not apply to taxes, gift cards, game-used merchandise or clearance merchandise.
INDIANS.COM ONLINE SHOP DISCOUNT AND SPECIAL OFFERS
Members will receive a code redeemable for 10% off a single eligible order at indians.com/Shop, the Official Online Shop of the Cleveland Indians. A one-time use promotional code will be available to all members through The Tribe members-only section on indians.com. The promotional code will be valid until 9/30/2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Limit one use per customer/e-mail address. Discount cannot be combined with any other offer and does not apply to taxes, gift cards, gift wrapping, shipping or handling.

The Tribe members who wish to share certain profile information (hometown, favorite Indians player, etc.) with the Cleveland Indians will be selected at random to be spotlighted in the exclusive The Tribe monthly e-newsletters. The Indians will send submission details via e-mail throughout the season to 2011 The Tribe members.
Members of The Tribe may elect to receive a 30-day trial of the MLB Insiders Club. You can continue your membership for only $2/month (billed annually). If you do not wish to continue membership, simply return a dues notice marked "cancel" and owe nothing, and your membership will be automatically cancelled if payment has not been received 49 days after the third notice. Any issues of MLB Insiders Club Magazine and any benefits, gifts or privileges you've already received will be yours to keep. You agree to receive the MLB Insiders Club e-newsletters, and to continue to receive them even if you cancel your membership, though you can unsubscribe from receiving such newsletters at any time. Twenty dollars of each year's dues pays for one year of the MLB Insiders Club Magazine. Offer valid in the U.S. only.
