To ensure that each member can access their online benefits, please use a unique e-mail and password for each membership purchased. You must have a valid indians.com username and password to enter, and must have purchased a 2008 The Tribe membership. The e-mail used upon sign-up will be your The Tribe member e-mail. Any 2008 Membership Cards returned by the US Postal Service will be held at Progressive Field, Cleveland, Ohio until the conclusion of the 2008 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by providing proof of identification. Cards may be replaced at the discretion of the Cleveland Indians. Replacement cards may be requested by sending a check made out to MLB.com in the amount of $3.00 to The Tribe, c/o MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011. If you have selected the automatic renewal option but would like to cancel it you can do so by sending an e-mail requesting cancellation to thetribe@indians.mlb.com before December 1, 2008 (renewed subscriptions cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited -- in part or in whole -- after Spring Training starts).
