Mentor of the Year

Terry Francona officially was named the 2013 American League Manager of the Year after leading the Cleveland Indians to 92 wins and a spot in the Postseason.

In turn, the Indians asked fans to submit nominations from their own communities to be recognized as the Cleveland Indians Mentor of the Year. There were many exceptional nominees, and after narrowing the nominees to three finalists, a fan vote was used to determine the winner.

After a week of voting, Jeff Haynes of the Boys and Girls Club of Cleveland has been named the Cleveland Indians Mentor of the Year.
