ELIGIBILITY: Tribe Treasures Sweepstakes consists of six monthly sweepstakes, one in April 2008 (the "April Sweepstakes"), one in May 2008 (the "May Sweepstakes"), one in June 2008 (the "June Sweepstakes"), one in July 2008 (the "July Sweepstakes"), one in August 2008 (the "August Sweepstakes"), and one in September 2008 (the "September Sweepstakes") (collectively, the "Sweepstakes"), and are open to legal residents of the United States (except New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions, and excluding where otherwise prohibited by law, rule or regulation), who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry (except in the case of legal residents of certain states or Washington DC where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such age of majority). Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of the Cleveland Indians Baseball Company Limited Partnership (the "Sponsor"), the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM" or "MLB.com"), SportsOnEarth, LLC, Tickets.com, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions and Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers and employees of the above entities. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER: The April Sweepstakes begins March 28, 2008 (5:01 p.m. EST) and ends April 25, 2008 (4:59 p.m. EST) ("April Entry Period").
The May Sweepstakes begins April 25, 2008 (5:01 p.m. EST) and ends May 28, 2008 (4:59 p.m. EST) ("May Entry Period").
The June Sweepstakes begins May 28, 2008 (5:01 p.m. EST) and ends June 27, 2008 (4:59 p.m. EST) ("June Entry Period").
The July Sweepstakes begins June 27, 2008 (5:01 p.m. EST) and ends July 25, 2008 (4:59 p.m. EST) ("July Entry Period").
The August Sweepstakes begins July 25, 2008 (5:01 p.m. EST) and ends August 29, 2008 (4:59 p.m. EST) ("August Entry Period").
The September Sweepstakes begins August 29, 2008 (5:01 p.m. EST) and ends September 26, 2008 (4:59 p.m. EST) ("September Entry Period", and, together with the April Entry Period, the May Entry Period, the June Entry Period, the July Entry Period, and the August Entry Period, the "Entry Period).

Entrants to any Sweepstakes who do not win must re-enter in order to be eligible to win a subsequent Sweepstakes as nonwinning eligible entries from one Sweepstakes will not carry-over into subsequent Sweepstakes. No entry submitted during one Sweepstakes will constitute an eligible entry for any other Sweepstakes. Each Sweepstakes will be a separate sweepstakes and the outcome of any one Sweepstakes will not affect the outcome of any other Sweepstakes.

There are two ways to enter: online, or by mail. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit (1) one entry per Entry Period per person, e-mail address, or household, regardless of method of entry.

1. Online Method: During the applicable Entry Period go to indians.com and click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. By submitting your completed online entry form as directed, you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. All information submitted by entrants is subject to MLB.com's Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/privacy. Entrants must complete all non-optional data requested on the online entry form. Incomplete entries are void. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from Sponsor; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails.

2. Mail-in Method: If you do not wish to enter online, you may enter the Sweepstakes by hand-printing your name, address, city, state and zip code, day & evening telephone number (including area code), date of birth and e-mail address (optional) on a standard size postcard and mail to Tribe Treasures: Progressive Field / 2401 Ontario St. / Cleveland, OH 44115. Sponsor will use e-mail addresses provided via the Mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's provision of this information. Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by Sponsor by no later than the following dates for each Sweepstakes Entry Period:

• Mail-in entries for the April Sweepstakes must be postmarked by April 25, 2008 and received by May 2, 2008
• Mail-in entries for the May Sweepstakes must be postmarked by May 28, 2008 and received by June 4, 2008
• Mail-in entries for the June Sweepstakes must be postmarked by June 27, 2008 and received by July 3, 2008
• Mail-in entries for the July Sweepstakes must be postmarked by July 25, 2008 and received by July 3, 2008
• Mail-in entries for the August Sweepstakes must be postmarked by August 29, 2008 and received by August 1, 2008
• Mail-in entries for the September Sweepstakes must be postmarked by September 26, 2008 and received by October 3, 2008

Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winner of each monthly Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will be selected by random drawing at the Cleveland Indians games on or about the following dates for each monthly Sweepstakes period from all eligible entries received by the applicable deadline by the Sponsor or MLBAM, as applicable:

May 5, 2008 for April Sweepstakes
June 9, 2008 for May Sweepstakes
July 7, 2008 for June Sweepstakes
August 4, 2008 for July Sweepstakes
September 8, 2008 for August Sweepstakes
October 5, 2008 for September Sweepstakes

The decisions of Sponsor, including the selection of Winners, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period. All prizes will be awarded. Limit one (1) Prize per Entry Period per person, e-mail address, or household.

PRIZES: Each Winner will receive one (1) prize (each a "Prize" and collectively, the "Prizes") from among the following Prizes for the applicable Sweepstakes. Each Prize will be randomly selected by Sponsor. Sponsor's selection of Prize is final and non-appealable:

Each Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, taxes (including income taxes) and gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting any Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winners. MLB Games and Sweepstakes drawing dates and times are determined in the discretion of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball and/or Sponsor, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game, as defined by Major League Baseball, in not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason.

The Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. There will be no substitutions for the Prize except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion.

All Continental Airlines travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. Continental Airlines tickets are subject to availability and certain taxes, charges, blackout dates and other restrictions as listed on each Continental Airlines airline ticket apply.

Indians Team Shop Gift Certificates are redeemable at Indians Team Shop retail locations. Gift certificates are not redeemable online.

NOTIFICATION: The potential Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone by the Sponsor and/or MLBAM and may (in Sponsor's discretion) be confirmed by postal mail, return receipt (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that the potential Winner does not respond to such Prize Notification within three (3) days of date of notification, a disqualification will result and an alternate Winner shall be chosen at random from among all remaining eligible entries. This procedure shall continue, if necessary, until all prizes are awarded. The potential Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within five (5) days of date of receipt. Refusal or failure to properly execute such documents within five (5) days of receipt, return of such documents as non-deliverable, or a potential Winner's noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and cause an alternate Winner to be chosen at random from among all remaining eligible entries. This procedure shall continue, if necessary, until all prizes are awarded.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, all entrants agree to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. By acceptance of a Prize, each Winner grants to Sponsor, the other MLB Entities and their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner's name, city and state/province of residence and/or likeness in any medium now or hereafter devised worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. By entry in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of a Prize, each Winner further acknowledges that neither Sponsor nor any other Released Party have made, or are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prizes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, late, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, postage due or illegible entries or mail. Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. The Sponsor, the MLB Entities and their respective agents and representatives are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss or delay of entry or prize reply information, or any viruses transmitted to computers of participants via the Internet, or for any technical or human errors associated with the Sweepstakes. If, in the exclusive judgment of MLBAM or Sponsor, this promotion becomes compromised in any way, MLBAM and Sponsor reserve the right to withdraw the promotion offer, cancel any method of entry, to void any entries submitted fraudulently or select winners from all eligible entries received prior to act that compromised the promotion.

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, the other MLB Entities or their respective agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in Sponsor's sole discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the County of Cuyahoga, state of Ohio.

Sponsor and/or the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, elect to identify Winners and award the Prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation.

All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In case of multiple entries, only the first entry received will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

WINNERS' LIST: For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Tribe Treasures, Progressive Field, 2401 Ontario St., Cleveland, OH 44115. Winner's list requests must be made by October 1, 2008.
