Check-Ins

The MVPs Check-In Rewards system is a way for us to reward MVPs for their dedication to the team. Scan your membership badge at every home game you attend for a chance to win some game-changing rewards, like a meet and greet with your favorite player as part of our MVP of the Year program.

Picking Up Your Membership Badge

Membership badges (along with membership packets) may be picked up at the TribeTown MVPs table during any 2016 home game. The table is located in Progressive Field's Right Field Family Deck. Both the MVP and a parent/guardian must be present to collect the badge.

Checking-In

Be sure to wear your badge to every home game you attend in 2016. In order to receive a check-in credit, scan your badge at the TribeTown MVPs table. Each scan counts as one (1) credit, and your badge can only be scanned once per game.

The TribeTown MVPs table will be open during the following hours during the 2016 season:

  • Monday - Friday: Open until the end of the 5th inning
  • Saturday - Sunday: Open all game

Rewards

Receive one (1) credit each time you scan your membership badge for a chance to earn the following prizes:

  • One credit (or more) - A variety of MVP-caliber prizes
  • Two credits by July 12, 2016 - A chance to win Family Deck tickets to one regular-season game for you and your family
  • Five credits by September 1, 2016 - Entry into our MVP of the Year program for a chance to meet your favorite player

FAQs

Below are some frequently asked questions about our TribeTown MVPs program. If you have further questions, email us at TribeTownMVPs@Indians.com.

How do I pick up my 2016 membership package?

Remember: your 2016 MVP membership package can be picked up at the first game you attend this season at the TribeTown MVPs table in the elevator lobby next to the Kids Clubhouse. Be sure to have the name of the purchaser ready when you arrive.

When is the TribeTown MVPs table open?

The TribeTown MVPs table will be open during the following hours during the 2016 season:

  • Monday - Friday: Open until the end of the 5th inning
  • Saturday - Sunday: Open all game

What are the recommended ages for the TribeTown MVPs program?

TribeTown MVPs is designed for kids between the ages of six and 14. We highly recommend that all members fall within this age range. No child over the age of 14 will be accepted into the program.

How do I redeem my $10 of loaded value?

Each TribeTown MVPs membership comes with $10 of loaded value to be used on food, beverages and merchandise at Progressive Field during the 2016 regular season. The value can be redeemed by scanning the personalized barcode on the back of each MVP badge at any cash register in the ballpark.

What size is the TribeTowns MVP jersey included in my membership package?

MVP jerseys are all sized youth XL. Renewing MVPs have the choice of a jersey or a dri-fit shirt sized medium or youth XL. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange the jersey or shirt for a different size.

What happens if I lose my MVPs membership badge?

If you lose your badge, please email us at TribeTownMVPs@Indians.com with the subject line "Lost MVP Membership Badge" or visit us at the TribeTown MVPs table. We will work to get you a replacement badge as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot replace any loaded value that was remaining on the lost badge. Replacement badges will come with $0 but can still be used for our check-in rewards program.

How do I RSVP for the exclusive MVP events?

Please click on the "Event RSVPs" tab of this TribeTown MVPs webpage and proceed from there. Once you RSVP, you'll receive a confirmation email. An RSVP and corresponding confirmation email are required to attend our MVP Batting Practice Viewing sessions and Catch on the Field events.

Are TribeTown MVPs and Indians High Achievers the same thing?

No - TribeTown MVPs and Indians High Achievers are two different programs. TribeTown MVPs is our official kids fan club, while Indians High Achievers is an academic rewards program.
