What is Passbook?

Passbook is a preloaded app on Apple’s iPhone and iPod Touch that allows fans to use tickets stored on their smartphones to be scanned for admission in to Progressive Field.

How do I use the Passbook ticket to enter Progressive Field?

Using the saved ticket in the Passbook application visit any gate at Progressive Field and a member of the Indians staff will scan each ticket on your phone. After each Passbook ticket is scanned a seat locator tab will be presented to you detailing your seat information.

What if the Mobile Ticket on my phone can’t be scanned?

In the event your phone isn’t able to be scanned successfully the Indians ticket taker will enter the barcode number manually to validate the ticket.

How quickly are Passbook Tickets delivered?

Immediately after purchasing your tickets with the Tickets@Home/Passbook delivery method you will receive an email for your order with a link to add the tickets to Passbook.

What If I delete my Passbook Ticket by mistake?

Using the email link received after the purchase, tickets can be re-added to the Passbook application. You can also visit one of the Customer Service window’s at Gate A of Progressive Field. Please have a photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase available to reference your order.

How do I add my tickets to Passbook?
For new purchases:
  • Select a game you would like to purchase tickets for
  • Choose ‘Tickets@Home/Passbook’ as your delivery method
  • Complete the purchase
  • From an iPhone or iPod Touch running iOS6 or iOS7 with Passbook, go to the confirmation page/email, click on the link to go to the Tickets@Home page
  • Select ‘Add to Passbook’ for each ticket

For existing ticket purchases:
  • View the delivered ticket in your mobile web browser or through the Ticketmaster application
  • Select 'Add to Passbook' for each ticket

There is time and location-based information associated with the Passbook application that will provide automatic notifications on your phone on the event day and as you near the ballpark. Simply open the notification and the ticket will be displayed on your smartphone.
