How Does Digital Ticketing Work?

Simply register your credit card on your "My Indians Account" at www.indians.com/myaccount.

Visit My Indians Account

  1. Click on "View/Edit Settings" under "home" on the left hand side of your account manager page
  2. Click on "Manage Paperless Ticket" under the personal settings tab
  3. Select "Add Fan Pass"
  4. Under "Paperless Ticket Type" select “Credit Card" from the drop down menu
  5. Fill in all required fields including giving your paperless account a nickname
  6. Review the terms of use before clicking "Add"
  7. Once your card is registered you will be notified by email when the tickets are ready to manage on you're my Indians Account Manager
  8. Select the games and seats you want placed on your card and choose the Paperless button.
Will I receive regular tickets?
No. You will not need to receive them, organize them, distribute them, or keep track of them. All your Indians tickets will be on your credit card (something you carry with you anyway) and can be managed online.
What if I need to give tickets to someone else?
You can easily transfer your tickets to anyone else's credit card for FREE. You can transfer entire games or just certain seats.
Will I be able to use my loaded value?
Yes. The seat locator that prints when you enter the park has a barcode that can be used at the concessions stand or in the team shops.
Is my credit card info safe?
Yes. Everything is encrypted in the ticketing system. Once entered into the system the full number cannot be accessed again. In addition we do not need your expiration date, security code, or billing address for this.
Are there lots of ballpark entry points?
Yes. Every ticket scanner at every Progressive Field gate will be able to scan a digital ticket beginning with the 2012 season.
What about season ticket exchange dates?
We will send you details about your exchange procedure shortly. You will have the ability to exchange at the window or online.
Can I sell my tickets on STUBHUB?
Yes. You can sell your tickets via STUBHUB just as you did in the past.
Can I still donate my ticket to Tickets For Kids?
Yes. Details on this procedure will be sent to you shortly.
How will I know when my tickets are ready to be managed online?
You will be sent an email notification before the season letting you know that you can now access your tickets online. This access will be earlier than in the past when actual tickets were sent.
