Registering Your FanPass Card Online

Easily manage and distribute your season tickets by credit card - online, securely, and at your convenience - through the electronic delivery of your Indians season tickets.

Visit My Indians Account

Log in to your "My Indians Account"
Click View/Edit Settings
Select Manage My Paperless Tickets
Select "Add Fan Pass"
Select "Credit Card" from the dropdown menu
Enter the required credit card information
Read the terms of use, then Save the card to your account

Now you're ready to assign tickets to your card and distribute tickets to others!

Will I receive Regular Paper Tickets?: No. All of your Indians season tickets will be received through your My Indians Account where they can be managed and distributed online.
How Do I Distribute My Tickets Online?: You can digitally deliver single or multiple games to any desired recipient's credit card (FanPass) or email (TicketFast) quickly, easily and for FREE.
Is My Credit Card information Safe?
: Yes. The full credit card number is encrypted in the ticketing system and once entered into the system cannot be accessed again. In addition, neither the card's expiration date, security code, nor your billing address is required for FanPass use.
Which Gates At Progressive Field Are Entry Points With FanPass?: Every gate at Progressive Field is able to scan all digitally delivered tickets.
How Will I Use The Loaded Value On My Season Tickets?: The loaded value on your season tickets will print on the seat locator when you enter Progressive Field. That barcode will allow for use at the concession stands or in the Team Shop.
How Can I Manage Season Ticket Exchanges?: Season ticket exchanges will be managed online through the new Tribe Rewards program.
Can I Sell My Tickets On StubHub?: Yes. You can sell your tickets via StubHub just as you have in the past.
How Will I know When My Tickets Are Ready To Be Managed Online?: You will be sent an email notification before the season letting you know when you can access your tickets online. This access will be earlier than in the past when paper tickets were mailed to you.
