TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registration for the opportunity to purchase a limited number of select face value tickets to Postseason Series (if any) played by the Cleveland Indians will begin at 12 p.m. noon Eastern Time (ET) Monday, September 8, 2014, and end on the date(s) set forth for each applicable Postseason Series on the Registration Schedule below (the "Registration Period"). The Indians will conduct random drawing(s) from among all eligible fans who successfully complete the registration form during the Registration Period ("Eligible Registrants"). Eligible Registrants selected in the random drawing(s) (each, a "Drawing Winner" and collectively, the "Drawing Winners") will receive the opportunity to purchase tickets to the National League Wild Card Game ("ALWCG"), the National League Division Series ("ALDS"), the National League Championship Series "ALCS") and/or the World Series ("WS") which may be played at Progressive Field, Cleveland, OH (each, a "Postseason Series"). Tickets will be available to Drawing Winners on a first-come, first-served basis only while tickets remain. Being selected in a drawing does not guarantee you will be able to purchase ticket(s) to any Postseason Series. Exact date, times, ticket limits and instructions for ticket purchase for each applicable Postseason Series will be communicated by e-mail on dates selected by the Cleveland Indians to each Drawing Winner via the e-mail address submitted on the registration form. If a Drawing Winner does not provide a valid e-mail address or follow the instructions in the e-mail(s), he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets through this offer. There is no charge to register for this opportunity. There is no obligation to buy a ticket. There is no assurance that any particular Eligible Registrant will be selected. The likelihood of receiving the opportunity to purchase tickets depends on the number of eligible registrations received. Drawing Winners may not transfer this ticket purchase opportunity. The credit card billing address used to purchase your tickets must match the address provided on the registration form.

A random drawing for the opportunity to purchase tickets to the 2014 ALWCG and the ALDS at Progressive Field will be held on a date to be determined. Winners for ALCS and WS drawings will be selected at later dates and notified via e-mail with instructions on the ticket purchase process including dates and times for these sales. All Eligible Registrants, whether selected as winners in a particular drawing or not, will continue to be eligible for subsequent drawings (if any). You may not use any tickets purchased in connection with the drawings for any promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are selected but the Indians do not play in the applicable Postseason Series, you will not be offered the opportunity to purchase Postseason tickets. If you purchase ticket(s) to a game that is subsequently determined to be unnecessary for that Postseason Series, you will be refunded (see below for details).

In order to be eligible for this opportunity, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. In addition, you must complete and submit the registration form located above during the Registration Period. Limit one (1) registration per person. In the case of multiple entries for the same individual, only the first entry received will be considered. Only entries submitted to the Indians during the Registration Period will be entered in the random drawing(s). Entries generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid. Neither MLB Advanced Media, L.P. nor the Indians are responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected or for registrations not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections.

NOTE: MLB game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Cleveland Indians, as applicable, and may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the drawing shall be subject to those policies applicable to Indians ticket holders generally; as such the Indians from time to time in its sole discretion may amend policies.

Indians Non-Played Game Postseason Ticket Return Policy:
Indians.com Internet Purchases: Ticket holders who purchased tickets through Indians.com via the Internet will receive an automatic refund through a credit issued to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase (approximately two to three weeks after the last Indians game). The actual ticket will have no cash value AND SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED. The ticket holder will also receive a refund of the per ticket convenience fee. Per order Processing/Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Other than tickets to non-played games, all ticket sales are final and tickets may not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Only fans that have completed the Ticket Opportunity form and have been selected to participate will have the ability to purchase tickets through this offer.

Notification of selection and receipt of e-mail does not guarantee tickets for any of the games. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis, subject to availability.
