The Indians Season Ticket Exchange program offers Season Ticket Holders (suites not included) a second chance to use each and every ticket even AFTER a game has been played. Simply bring any unused tickets for past ballgames to the Progressive Field Box Office and exchange them for select designated games. You may exchange an unlimited number of unused tickets for any of the exchange dates. Unused tickets may be exchanged immediately after a game has passed but please note that all exchanges must be done a minimum of 72 hours prior to the exchange date and are subject to availability.
You are not guaranteed to get exchange tickets at the same price level as your unused Season Ticket.
