Season Ticket Distribution

Season Ticket packages are automatically mailed to the Season Ticket Holder of record at the address on the account. Should you need to make alternate arrangements, please contact your Client Service Specialist at 216.420.HITS. Your tickets will arrive around three to four weeks prior the Indians 2012 Home Opener, as long as the account is paid in full by the final payment deadline, or you are on one of the Indians automatic payment plans. Any delay in final payment will cause a delay in the shipment date of tickets.

Online Account Manager

You have access to your personal account through a secured site at Indians.com, where you can pay your invoices online, email your tickets via Ticket Forward, check the status of a payment and update your account information.
