2012 Season Ticket Payment Options

2012 Season Ticket Pro Rate Payment Options:

For the 2012 Pro Rate Season Tickets, the Indians will offer two payment options to fit your needs. You can choose to follow our traditional payment schedule, or take advantage of one our automatic payment plan option which allows you to spread out your payments through June.

WHAT IS MY TRADITIONAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE OPTION?

At this point in the season, your total account balance for 2012 will be due at the time you select your seat. Payment plans on season tickets are available, see below.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS?

Credit Card or Bank Account provided must be valid throughout payment plan cycle.

Extended automatic payment plan - Extend your payments until June of 2012!
Your account will be charged on the final business day of every month through June 2012.

HOW CAN YOU SUBMIT PAYMENT?

Online at Indians.com - Visit your secure Account Manager site at Indians.com and enter your Season Ticket Holder account number along with your personal identification number (included on your invoice) to take advantage of the online payment option.
Mail - Return your invoice remittance slip and payment to the Cleveland Indians using the envelope enclosed with your invoice and payment will be applied to your account.
In Person - Bring your invoice and payment along with any applicable forms to the Cleveland Indians Executive Offices lobby located at 2401 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio, 44115 during normal business hours between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Over the Phone - Call your Client Service Specialist at 216-420-4487 (HITS) during normal business hours between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Over the phone, we can accept payment with a valid credit or debit card, or an electronic check.
