Indians announce Press Tour participants and event details 01/07/2009 1:23 PM ETMLB.com
CLEVELAND -- The Cleveland Indians today announced the participants and event details for their 2009 Press Tour. The annual caravan will consist of three buses in 2009 to visit 14 cities, including two stops in Cleveland suburbs, over four dates, Monday, January 19 through Thursday, January 22.
Each bus, named on behalf of Indians greats LARRY DOBY, LOU BOUDREAU and MEL HARDER, will visit various cities respectively featuring TRIBE PLAYERS, ERIC WEDGE, COACHING STAFF and BROADCASTERS.
Press Tour stops to Columbus, Toledo and Erie, PA will all be presented by Positively Cleveland.
