Tradeshows at Miller Park

Miller Park is a unique and exciting location for your next expo, tradeshow or vendor fair. The PNC Club Level offers space for 30+ standard-sized 10x10 booths along with spaces in the SKYY Lounge for open displays or larger booths. Combined with easy access to the Brewers Conference Center for seminars and the option to add ballpark tours, having your tradeshow at Miller Park will definitely draw a crowd.




Exhibit Area

What is the cost for power cords?

$5 per extension cord, as available.

Is Internet available?

Yes. Wireless Internet is available in the main SKYY Lounge area. Wired Internet is available for any booths located along the 1st or 3rd baseline corridor. A service fee of $25 per connection. Wired Internet must be requested at least five days before the event date.

Are exhibitors allowed to have food or drinks at their booth?

Exhibitors may have refreshments for personal use only. Giving out food or drink samples is not allowed unless approved in advance by DNC Sportservice and the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club.

Is there a house sound system and microphone forannouncements in the exhibit spaces?

No. If there will be a need for announcments, a PA system will be required. Brewers Enterprises can assist with facilitating the rental of any necessary A/V equipment, including a sound system.

How much are booths and tables?

Tables, as available, are included in your event charges. Pipe and drape boothing is not included, but is available at additional costs. Brewers Enterprises can facilitate the rental of booths, which will be added to your event bill.

Can we rent extra event supplies on our own?

Yes, however Brewers Enterprises will facilitate any rentals for you if you prefer. If renting supplies on your own, all rentals must go through Karl's Event Rental.

Does the exhibit space offer a view of the field?

No. You can choose to provide ballpark tours to your guests at an additional fee. Tours can be made available at several pre-determined times throughout the day. Tours will usually run from 45 to 60 minutes and will include access to the Press Box, broadcast booth, Visitor's Clubhouse and dugout, bullpen and warning track, as available.

Is there space to offer food to show guests and/or vendors?

Yes. There is space in the SKYY Lounge to offer hosted food for show guests. Concessions are available at the discretion of DNC Sportervice. A private vendor break area may be secured through Brewers Enterprises; additional rental fees may apply.

Loading In/Out

How many loading docks are available at once?

Two trucks can unload in the dock at a time. There is space where smaller vehicals can unload who do not need a dock.

Can a 53-foot truck fit?


Do we need a trucklift / forklift?

Yes, you will likely want a forklift for taking items off the trucks. However, forklifts can not be driven on the Club Level where the exhibit will be, as it is carpeted. We suggest bringing pallet jacks, dollies or hand carts for transportation on the Club Level.

Are forklifts, pallet jacks and dollies available for use?

No. We can have a few handcarts available, but all other moving equipment is not provided.

Is there a union that we must work with for load-in/load-out?

No. You may have your own staff unload or you may hire a third-party mover.

Where is the freight elevator?

There is a freight elevator in the left-field corner, near the North Dock where you will be unloading.

How do we get from the dock to the vendor booth area?

There are 4 different access routes from the North Dock to the Club Level.

1). Freight Elevator #1 - 95" wide x 110" deep x 95" high - located in the left-field corner. Near loading dock will be a longer distance to event space on Club Level. Availble for carts/jacks/dollyies and large pallets. **NOTE: Access hall is 48" wide.

2). Elevators #2 & #3 - 48" wide x 80" deep x 88" high - located in left-field corner. Near loading dock, will be a longer distance to event space on Club Level. Available for carts/dolliess only. **NOTE: Will require going through doors 68" wide.

3). Ramp - available from Service Level to Club Level for driving any forklifts to drop larger items off a bit closer to the set up area. **NOTE: After item drop-off, items will require going through doors 68" wide.

4). Elevator #6 - 48" wide x 102" deep x 95" high - located near SKYY Lounge. Is further from loading dock on Service Level, but will open onto Club Level in the middle of the event space. Can drive forklift to the elevator from the loading dock then use carts/jack/dolly to take items up.

Are there doors we will need to move through?


What are the dimensions for doors we will need to move through?

See notes for doors in the descriptions of each of the different access points above. Most doors are 68" wide x 84" high.

Can exhibitors have displays/supplies shipped to Miller Park before the event?

No. Due to limited storage and the high volume of traffic in and out of the Miller Park loading docks, we ask that all show items be brought in during the load-in times specified in your event contract
