  • D-backs to present $100,000 grant for Boys & Girls Club at holiday party

    The Arizona Diamondbacks (@Dbacks) will present a $100,000 Grand Slam Grant to the MLB All-Star Arizona Diamondbacks Boys & Girls Club during the annual D-backs Holiday Party tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. The grant will be used to help renovate the gym at the D-backs Boys & Girls Club, located just five miles from Chase Field.

  • D-backs acquire Rubby De La Rosa, Webster and Flores from Red Sox for Miley

    The Arizona Diamondbacks (@Dbacks) acquired right-handed pitchers Allen Webster (@11webster11) and Rubby De La Rosa (@RubbyDelarosa) and infielder Raymel Flores (@flores2546) from the Boston Red Sox for left-handed pitcher Wade Miley, as announced by D-backs Senior Vice President & General Manager Dave Stewart.

    The Arizona Diamondbacks (@Dbacks) will host the 11th annual SUBWAY® D-backs Fan Fest (#DbacksFanFest) on Sunday, February 22, 2015 from Noon-4:00 p.m. at Chase Field, with early VIP entry at 11:00 a.m.

    Baseball America will honor San Diego icon Tony Gwynn and present 12 of its annual postseason honors at its Awards Gala during the Winter Meetings tonight. Arizona Diamondbacks Special Assistant to the General Manager/Pitching Consultant Dave Duncan will receive the Roland Hemond Award, honoring lifetime achievement in scouting and player development.
