Indians, Fastball Sports Productions finalize 2006 TV schedule
SportsTime Ohio to televise 138 Games on cable/satellite and 20 games on WKYC-TV3 and over-the-air network
tickets for any Major League Baseball game

CLEVELAND -- The Cleveland Indians & Fastball Sports Productions today announced the 2006 television schedule, which features the largest TV package in club history -- 158 games. SportsTime Ohio will televise 138 games (130 regular season games and 8 spring training games) on cable/satellite and 20 regular season games on WKYC-TV3, plus an over-the-air network.

Fastball Sports Productions today also announced the name of its new sports entertainment network, SportsTime Ohio (STO). STO will air 83 games in High Definition HD -- All 63 STO Cable/Satellite Home Games and All 20 STO Over the Air Games on WKYC-TV3. STO will debut with eight telecasts from Spring Training, beginning Sunday, March 12 at 4:30PM when the Tribe plays host to the New York Yankees in Winterhaven, FL. STO spring training television schedule includes (list games).

March 14 vs. TOR (delayed at 7:00PM)
March 16 vs. MIN (delayed at 8:00PM)
March 18 vs. HOU (live at 1:00PM)
March 29 vs. HOU (live at 1:00PM)
March 30 vs. DET (delayed at 8:00PM)
March 31 vs. CIN (delayed at 7:00PM)

Fans will see familiar faces on Indians Baseball telecasts as JOHN SANDERS & RICK MANNING begin their 16th season together while Indians Radio/TV Voice MIKE HEGAN again joins Sanders and Manning in 2006. WKYC Sports Director JIM DONOVAN will also join the Indians TV broadcast team during the Tribe's over the air broadcasts on WKYC-TV3 and serve as host for additional STO programming covering the Indians.

The Indians open the 2006 regular season Sunday, April 2 on ESPN's nationally televised Opening Night of Sunday Night Baseball at 8:05PM ET against the Chicago White Sox at U.S. Cellular Field in Chicago. SportsTime Ohio will make their regular season broadcast premiere on Tuesday, April 4 at 2:05PM at Chicago. The Indians return to over the air television on WKYC-TV3 for the Indians home opener at Jacobs Field on Friday, April 7 at 3:05PM.

Cleveland's FOX WJW-TV8 & FOX Sports National are scheduled to broadcast two (2) Cleveland Indians Saturday contests in 2006:

June 3: Sat, 1:20 PM vs. Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim
June 10: Sat, 1:20 PM at Chicago White Sox

National Rightsholder ESPN has designated two (2) Indians games to be broadcast on Sunday Night Baseball nationally:

April 2: Sun, 8:00 PM @ Chicago White Sox
April 30: Sun, 8:00 PM vs. Texas Rangers
