Michelle Wollenburg: The Newark, Ohio, resident has organized two baseball teams for special needs children aged 5 through 12 and coordinates the volunteers who help out with the children while they play.
Dr. Michael Konstan: The Bratenahl, Ohio, resident has devoted his life to researching cystic fibrosis and helping patients with the disease. Now with his help and the help of other doctors, the life expectancy of cystic fibrosis patients has nearly doubled
