The Tribe will open its slate on April 2 with a tilt against the Blue Jays north of the border.
On Wednesday, Major League Baseball unveiled the 2013 regular-season schedules for all 30 clubs, revealing a new-look ledger for next year. The Astros will move to the American League West, creating a schedule filled with Interleague Play.
The Indians will visit each American League city at least once, with three road stops against each AL Central rival. For Interleague Play, Cleveland drew four opponents from the National League East, along with its annual Ohio Cup clash with Cincinnati.
The Tribe begins the 2013 play on the road against Toronto (April 2-4) and Tampa Bay (April 5-7) before returning to Progressive Field for the first homestand of the season. The Indians will take on the Yankees (April 8-11), White Sox (April 12-14) and Red Sox (April 16-18) during that opening act in Cleveland.
The Indians will welcome the Astros to the AL with a road series on April 19-21.
Cleveland's Interleague schedule will feature four tilts against the Phillies (April 30-May 1 at home and May 14-15 on the road) and three each against the Nationals (June 14-16 at home), Marlins (Aug. 2-4 on the road), Braves (Aug. 27-29 on the road) and Mets (Sept. 6-8 at home).
The Indians and Reds will face off in back-to-back two-game sets at Great American Ball Park (May 27-28) and Progressive Field (May 29-30).
Cleveland's longest road trips of the season are a pair of 11-day, 10-game ventures one in April and another between June and July. The first is a three-city trek through Houston, Chicago and Kansas City from April 19-29. The other is a three-city tour of Baltimore and, again, Chicago and Kansas City.
The Indians' first series of the season against the rival Tigers is from May 10-12 at Comerica Park. Cleveland's first home set against Detroit is a two-game series from May 21-22.
Before the All-Star break, the Indians will have a 10-game homestand from July 5-14 with games against the Tigers, Blue Jays and Royals. Following the Midsummer Classic, the Tribe has a six-game swing through Minnesota and Seattle from July 19-24.
The Indians end with a division-heavy schedule in September, playing 17 of their final 27 games against AL Central foes. Cleveland's final homestand will features games against the Astros and White Sox from Sept. 19-25. The Tribe ends 2013 on the road in Minnesota with a four-game set from Sept. 26-29.
