POSTSEASON TICKET REFUND INFORMATION

Anyone purchasing this ticket from a source other than the Pirates must seek a refund through the party from whom the ticket was purchased. This ticket has no cash value.


Individual Ticket Purchasers
2014 POSTSEASON REFUND POLICY

PNC PARK Ticket Office Purchases: Ticket holders who purchased individual game tickets at PNC PARK must present the entire ticket at the Pirates Ticket Office or mail the entire ticket along with their name, address, email address, and daytime telephone number to: Pittsburgh Pirates, Attn: Ticket Office, 115 Federal St., Pittsburgh, PA 15212. TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BY DECEMBER 1st OF THE YEAR IN WHICH THE TICKETS WOULD HAVE BEEN UTILIZED. If returning via mail, tickets must be returned by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, or express packaging, with tracking capability. The Pirates are not responsible for tickets mailed and not received unless the ticket account holder has proof of receipt by the Pirates. Processing/Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Telephone and Internet Purchases: Ticket holders who purchased tickets through the telephone or internet will automatically receive a refund issued through either a credit to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase or a refund check. The actual ticket will have no cash value. Do not return your tickets for unplayed games. Processing/Shipping & Handling fees as well as service charges are non-refundable.

Strip Ticket Purchasers
2014 POSTSEASON REFUND POLICY

Tickets issued through Major League Baseball's Office and through their Broadcast Partners Offices - marked "MLB " on the front of the ticket will receive an automatic credit for any unplayed postseason games. MLB/Broadcast Partners tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value.

Tickets issued through any of the Participating or Non-Participating Major League Clubs marked "CLUBS" on the front of the ticket will receive an automatic credit from the Club that issued the tickets. Club tickets SHOULD NOT be returned and will have no cash value.

Season Tickets - Marked "SEASON" on the front of the ticket. Unused money from any games in your strip that were not played during the 2014 Postseason not played will be applied to your 2015 season ticket account. If you wish to receive a refund for any unplayed games you must submit a request in writing to: Postseason Refunds - 115 Federal Street - Pittsburgh, PA 15212.

Refund requests must be received by December 1, 2014. Once the 2014 Postseason concludes we will start processing refund requests, however, due to the sheer volume of accounts, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. If you do not request a refund by the December 1, 2014 deadline credits from any games that were not played will be automatically applied to your 2015 season ticket account.
