in MLB despite ending the season with the 3rd youngest roster in MLB and 11 players who made their MLB debut
during the season...His 2013 club option was exercised on September 29, 2011... Guided the Indians to a 4th place
AL Central finish (69-93) in his first season at the helm in 2010, including a mark of 35-39 (.473) in the second half,
the 3rd best mark in the AL Central after the break with the youngest club in Major League Baseball to end the
season...Served as Manager of the Washington Nationals for two and one half seasons from 2007 thru July 13,
