Coaching Career

Played 7 minor league seasons from 2002-08, mainly in the Indians organization after signing as a non-drafted free agent in August of 2001 out of Vanderbilt...Concluded playing career in the Nationals organization at AAA Columbus (32G, .240, 30-125, 3HR, 12RBI) last season...Played in the Indians organization from 2002-07 and went to camp as an non-roster invitee in 2008 before being traded to the Nats...Ended career with the career average of .223 (348-1563) with 81 2B, 45HR & 180 RBI in 486 games...Was named to the South Atlantic League All-Star Team in 2003 after beginning the season at Lake County...Hit a career high 10 HR in 2005 for Kinston.
